| Ninox have worked with a broad range of gas industry clients
and projects.
Project involved the construction of an offshore platform, 147km of
sub sea pipeline, 63km of onshore pipeline and construction of an onshore
gas plant.
Ninox provided general strategic advice on operating options, OPEX
analyses, and Risk Assessments. Ninox also provided input into the development
of Safety Case and Emergency Response Plans.
For this proposed pipeline from Iran to Pakistan and India Ninox provided
project risk assessment dealing with procurement, construction, operation
and sovereign issues. Ninox also provided development of operating strategies
and OPEX estimates.
Ninox has conducted the technical due diligence review for a variety
of potential owners of a significant number of the gas transmission
pipelines throughout Australia including:
- Dampier to Bunbury pipeline
- Karratha to Port Headland pipeline
- Eastern Gas pipeline
- Tasmanian Gas pipeline
- Queensland Gas pipeline
- Carisbrook to Horsham gas pipeline
Ninox provided the independent project manager for AGL, Duke and Gorodok
for the remediation works necessary to mitigate the subsidence effects
on the three pipelines (850mm, 450mm and 200mm) covering all aspects
from design to field activities.
Project involved the construction and commissioning of a 680 km pipeline
from Port Campbell to Adelaide.
Ninox performed the role of Banker’s Engineer, and reviewed technical
documentation and contracts associated with the project.
Ninox provide the Independent Expert to certify the as-built capacity
of the Victoria to South Australia 680km gas pipeline.
Ninox provided a panel member for the provision of technical advice
to the Victorian Government in relation to extending gas supply in Victoria.
The role included reviewing proposals, (opining on designs, capex and
opex) and prioritising projects on the basis of merit and identifying
any risks to government.
Development of Safety Case for the Victorian technical regulator (OGS).
Ninox provides ongoing management consultancy services for management
of the Carrisbrook to Horsham gas transmission pipeline.
Project involved a 940 km pipeline to supply Gove with gas from Black
Tip reserves in the Northern Territory.
Ninox provided the Banker's Engineer to a consortium for the bidding
phase of the project.
Ninox conducted an audit of a complex (technical and contractual)
power station metering installation and provided ongoing advice on
implementing the identified improvement opportunities.
Ninox provided services to the asset owner of two distribution networks
to assist in the development of the access arrangement submissions
to the respective state regulators.
